Celebrate with us the most rewarding moment of the vineyard year — the harvest.
In 2022, we planted 41,000 vines at Newsells Park, featuring the classic Champagne varieties of grapes— Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Our very first harvest in 2025 was a great success enjoyed by both Members and non-members.
Our Harvest Experience invites you to take part in this special moment, hand-picking and tasting grapes straight from the vine, guided by our team and all the equipment is provided. Afterwards, relax among the vines with a glass of Newsells Park Sparkling Wine, paired with a locally sourced cheese board.
The harvest typically takes place between mid-September and early October when the grapes are perfectly ripe, which is very dependent on mother nature so it is difficult to confirm a date until a week or two before.
This is a rare opportunity to share the beginnings of our vineyard and its journey to producing our own sparkling wines.
You will also take home a bottle of Shastye, our Classic Cuvée, to continue the celebrations!
