Become a MemberA Spring Tasting Party to launch our Rosé Reserve, which is named after our young elite broodmare Shambolic, pale salmon in colour and with fine bubbles it is perfect for spring.
In addition our Blanc de Blancs, Nathaniel, which displays beautifully the pure linear characteristics of the Chardonnay, will be served as well as our Classic Cuveé, Shastye.
It will also mark our first event for our Members and their guests with visits to the vineyard and horses prior to drinks and canapés in the beautiful grounds of Newsells Park Manor.
Guests will be able to stroll through our vineyard where our expert Viticulture Climatologist and CEO of Vinescapes, Dr Alistair Nesbitt, will gave an informative talk on the changing climate and how it has positively impacted wine production to the advantage of wineries in England; and our Vineyard Manager, Scarlett Willson will be on hand to answer questions on the day-to-day care of the vines.
There will also be an exclusive viewing of some mares and foals as well as the stud’s stallions including Nathaniel, a top-class racehorse and Classic producing sire, our signature sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs has been named in his honour.
