Become a MemberNewsells Park is thrilled to invite you to its first tutored wine tasting event. Having celebrated our first grape harvest in 2025 following an exceptional growing season, the inaugural estate grown wines will not be ready until 2028 at the earliest. Until then, our collection of sparkling wines have been crafted in collaboration with leading vineyards and winemaking experts. We want to share with you how these wines have been selected and why, and walk you through our house style.
Nick Lane, our expert wine maker, former Dom Perignon, will share his expertise, letting us in on the art of winemaking. And it is an art! How much time in storage tanks? How much sugar to add in the dosage trial? When to bottle it all? How to achieve certain notes and flavours? Nick’s deep knowledge of each wine and its story, will shed light on the alchemy of creating fine English Sparkling Wines.
Vineyard Manager, Scarlett Willson, will also be on hand to answer any questions on caring for our vineyard and her favourite wines.
We will also try some of our Library wines and there will be expert wine pairings with canapes from our local award winning gastro-pub, The Fox and Hounds.
Guests will also receive a Gift Set complete with a bottle of our English Sparkling Wine and two crystal Champagne glasses.
Limited to 12 guests (allocated on a first -come, first served basis for Members and their Guests only)
