
Refund & Returns Policy
1. Membership Cancellations and Refunds
Membership purchases are non-refundable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership purchase within 14 days of confirmation, provided no wine has been dispatched. Once any of your wine allocation has been sent, this right no longer applies unless goods are damaged or faulty. If eligible, cancellation must be requested in writing. Cancellation of your membership prior to the end of the 12-month period will not result in any refund, full or partial, of the membership fee.
2. Wines Refund Policy
If some or all of the bottles of wine are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us on info@newsellsparkwinery.com within 24 hours and we will replace any damaged wine. You should ensure that all bottles are carefully inspected on delivery, as we will not consider any claims for breakages of our wines unless the breakage is stated on the delivery documentation when signed for.
3. Events Refund Policy
If you have booked to attend an event and you wish to cancel or re-arrange then please contact us on info@newsellsparkwinery.com . If you notify us more than twenty eight (28) days prior to your event date then we will offer to re-arrange or offer a refund for the ticket price. If you notify us within twenty eight (28) days prior to your event date then we will try to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of alternative dates.
If you have booked a ticket for an event and you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, then the tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless at our discretion. Â If we cancel an event in its entirety, you will be entitled to a full refund for the purchase price. Tickets will be exchanged or refunded at the price paid for them, but no further compensation will be paid.
