Newsells Park Winery is a premium English sparkling wine producer operating from the Newsells Park Estate.
2. Membership Overview
Membership of the Newsells Park Winery ‘Wine Club’ is designed for those who appreciate the finest English Sparkling Wines. This exclusive membership offers unparalleled access to Newsells Park events, our exceptional wines, and curated experiences on the estate. It also offers a rare window into the world of thoroughbred racehorse breeding at an elite level.
3. Membership Fee
The cost of membership is £995 per year, inclusive of all stated benefits. This fee is payable in full at the time of enrolment. The membership runs for 12 months from the date of confirmation, and members will be contacted prior to expiry with renewal details.
4. Membership Benefits
Your annual membership includes the following benefits:
- Twelve (12) bottles of English Sparkling Wine:
The allocation includes 6 bottles of Shastye, 3 bottles of Nathaniel, and 3 bottles of Shambolic. The specific breakdown of the allocation may vary due to availability and future vintages, and is subject to change at the discretion of the winery. - Priority Access:
Members will receive first access to new vintage releases and any limited-edition wines, with the opportunity to purchase at preferential pricing. - Exclusive Events:
Members are invited to one complimentary, members-only event per year, which includes access for the member and up to two guests. Members may also be offered the opportunity to book and attend additional events and bespoke experiences throughout the year (some may carry additional costs).
5. Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or over. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the UK. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point.
6. Term and Renewal
Each membership lasts for a 12-month period from the date of confirmation. Members will be contacted with renewal options prior to the end of their term. Renewal is not automatic and must be confirmed by the member.
7. Events and Experiences
Access to events is subject to availability and may be affected by weather or operational constraints. Newsells Park Winery reserves the right to change or cancel events with appropriate notice where possible. Complimentary events are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. There will be maximum number of tickets that can be booked for each event (currently eight tickets per Member). There is a limited number of tickets for each event and these will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
An event may include elements outside which are undertaken in all conditions, such as viewing the vineyard and horses. Newsells Park Winery cannot be held responsible for any injury caused during an event. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear are encouraged.
Children under 14 years old are not permitted on the events and only guests over 18 years old will be able to taste the alcohol available. Proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ID Pass Card).
8. Wine Deliveries
Your wine allocation will be delivered directly to your nominated UK address. Delivery dates and shipping windows will be communicated in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and address details are accurate and up to date.
Deliveries require the presence of someone aged 18 or over to accept the parcel. A valid form of identification may be requested. Failed deliveries due to age verification or incorrect information may be subject to re-delivery charges.
9. Membership Cancellations and Refunds
Membership purchases are non-refundable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership purchase within 14 days of confirmation, provided no wine has been dispatched. Once any of your wine allocation has been sent, this right no longer applies unless goods are damaged or faulty. If eligible, cancellation must be requested in writing. Cancellation of your membership prior to the end of the 12-month period will not result in any refund, full or partial, of the membership fee.
10. Wines Refund Policy
If some or all of the bottles of wine are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us on info@newsellsparkwinery.com within 24 hours and we will replace any damaged wine. You should ensure that all bottles are carefully inspected on delivery, as we will not consider any claims for breakages of our wines unless the breakage is stated on the delivery documentation when signed for.
11. Events Refund Policy
If you have booked to attend an event and you wish to cancel or re-arrange then please contact us on info@newsellsparkwinery.com . If you notify us more than twenty eight (28) days prior to your event date then we will offer to re-arrange or offer a refund for the ticket price. If you notify us within twenty eight (28) days prior to your event date then we will try to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of alternative dates.
If you have booked a ticket for an event and you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, then the tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless at our discretion. If we cancel an event in its entirety, you will be entitled to a full refund for the purchase price. Tickets will be exchanged or refunded at the price paid for them, but no further compensation will be paid.
12. Modifications
Newsells Park Winery reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via email and published on our website.
13. Age Verification
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase or receive alcohol under UK law. Our delivery partners may request proof of age at the point of delivery. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse delivery if identification cannot be provided.
14. Alcohol Licensing Compliance
All wine sales and deliveries are conducted under our UK premises licence and are fully compliant with the Licensing Act 2003. We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate memberships if they are found to breach licensing law.
15. Geographical Restrictions
Membership is currently only available to residents within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship wine internationally at this time.
16. Responsible Drinking

17. Photography and Media Consent
We may take photographs or video footage during members’ events for use in promotional materials, including our website, newsletters, and social media channels. By attending our events, you consent to the use of your likeness unless you notify us at the event. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform a member of staff at the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
18. Data Protection and Privacy
Newsells Park Winery is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect and store your personal information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) solely for the purpose of managing your membership, processing payments, delivering your wine allocation, and communicating with you regarding membership benefits, events, and updates.
We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g. couriers) only where necessary to fulfil your membership benefits. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
